Create a FastFrame Ntuple creation task

Create a task that runs FastFrames and creates a new set of NTuples, with additional information and filters run, based on the input NTuple created by TopCPToolkit.

Maybe, it would be a good idea to allow running this simultaneously with the histogram/analysis object creation in the same task. But it should be configurable to turn on and off.
