currently not possible to add new datasets and samples, when restarting the analysis

It is not possible to add new datasets, when restarting the analysis. To solve this the CreateStatusFile task has to be reexecuted while keeping the status of previous datasets. then CreateNtuple and checksubmission has to be run again but only for the added datasets.
