Propagator

A first (probably not working) version of the simple propagator can be found in the branch TFRPropagator. To make it working we need some stuff marked by TODO in the cpp file. @apiucci: can you try to see if this missing stuff can be added or if we better should change the propagator

I've fixed some typos in this new class. The methods that wee need there are implemented in the open MR !4 (merged) .

When the other MR will be merged, I can try to get compiling this TFRPropagator branch and to implement it in the geometry.

Do you think the TFRPropagator branch is now ready for merging in the master?

We still need to set the new z position of the state. I'll try to change this in the TFRPropagator branch.
