Allow for multiple systematics with the same name

Description

I think it is useful to allow the possibility to allow multiple sets of the same systematic to be able to e.g. split by sample.

Expected behaviour

I am thinking of an optional prefix option for the systematic block that would be added to the name of the systematic.
