create an TQAnalysisJobAlgorithm

It would be useful to have a TQAlgorithm that can execute analysis jobs in its finalize/cleanup phase.

This will be especially useful when used in conjunction with the TQEventFlaggingAnalysisJob for fiducial volume studies.
