TQHWWPlotter text size

In the recent updates to the plotter, the font size in the plots changed for users. An intermediate fix has been implemented !392 (merged) to fix the behaviour of the TQHWWPlotter. The TQDefaultPlotter, however, is also affected and this should be fixed.

In addition, it needs to be understood why the plots created in the CI look reasonable, but when users make plots with their analysis frameworks, the font size is too big. See the discussion in !392 (merged).
