HWWPlotter's optScan is highly error prone

The current implementation of the optScan subplot feature is rather error prone:

• it assumes the stack is the total background (without signal, i.e., when plotting s/sqrt(s+b) but having the signal stacked one double-counts the signal in the denominator!)
• it simply used the last ".isSignal" tagged process as the signal histogram
