simpler plotting python API

it would be nice to have a simpler plotting API kind of in the direction of e.g. sklearn to load files and do the plotting directly in python with smaller self-contained functions

• eff. vs variable plots
• histograms
  • discriminant scores
  • standard variable histograms
• fc scan
• saliency maps
• integrated efficiency
