Generation of tag in resampling plot based on config

The second tag in the resampling plots is not hardcoded anymore. Instead, the code looks in the Preprocessing config for the used samples and then checks in the global_config for the corresponding plot labels. This allows for example using Z+jets samples instead of Z' and having the tag in the plot adjusted appropriately.
