Fixing issue with SHAPley plot naming
Summary
This MR introduces the following changes
- Fixing the hardcoded name of the SHAPley plots.
- Introduced the possibility to plot the SHAPley plots for multiple flavours at the same time.

- Closes #209 (closed)
