Improvements for flow outputs format

Flow outputs are sorted by pt, but @jabarr found that this tends to favour neutral constituents over charged constituents. We may want to consider sorting by charge first and pT second, or sorting by dR, or splitting the output groups (as per Dan's suggestion below).
