Draft: make everything work with the avalanche scheduler
At some point I should try to make sure the Algorithm classes here can be scheduled with the avalanche scheduler. It looks like quite a few data dependencies were missing initially.
Probably not very urgent, but might be useful in the future to debug Athena packages.
