Pass btag object to TrackVertexDecorator
requested to merge svanstro/training-dataset-dumper:svanstor/configurable-link-in-TrackVertexDecorator into r22
Instead of passing the jet to the decorator and getting a BTagging object using a hardcoded link, instead pass the configured BTagging object directly.
