Decorate tracks with lepton ID

Samuel Van Stroud requested to merge svanstro/training-dataset-dumper:svanstro/decorate-lepton-id into r22

As discussed in #41 (closed), this is a first step to adding reco lepton information to the TDD.

Instead of writing out the a separate reco_leptons block, with the full lepton parameters, we instead just decorate the tracks used to build each lepton with the lepton ID. Tracks not used in the reconstruction of a lepton get a leptonID = 0
