Update track leptonID

Samuel Van Stroud requested to merge svanstro/training-dataset-dumper:svanstro/update-leptonID into r22

In the Athena implementation of this variable, we added a few quality checks

  • Muons must be cominbed
  • Electrons must pass loose LH ID WP

This MR brings those changes to the TDD, to ensure we have the same leptonID being written out going forward.
