Bump FTAG1 test file, start work on open dataset configuration

We should try to keep the test files up to date with our most recent centrally produced H5 file inputs. We should also start working on the open dataset that we plan to release with the GN2 paper, see #142.

So far this just adds the truth jet matching that some Rivet people requested. I also removed a whole lot of stuff that we almost certainly don't want to make public. This is very much meant as a first working draft, I just wanted to set down a configuration file to get this effort started.

There were a few unfortunate compromises that I had to make along the way:

• #154: disable half the processes when building in Athena, I suspect the CI node is running out of memory for some reason
• #153 (closed): match to AK10 jets rather than AK4 like we'll want eventually. The problem was that we weren't storing AK4 in FTAG2. I'm putting this in as a proxy since switching it should be easy for almost anyone once we get the derivations with AK4.
