WIP: Run with retrained DL1 version

Dan Guest requested to merge dguest/training-dataset-dumper:run-retrained-dl1r into master

This has to be merged after atlas/athena!28101 (merged) is merged. To run the retrained DL1 on top of an existing jet collection we have to be able to remap both the inputs and outputs of the DL2 tool.
