long term stability leakage current STD should remove the first 10 min

For long term stability the LEAKAGE_CURR_STD should not consider the first 10 minutes.

For the sensor leakage current vs time measurement it is exactly defined this way too (see sensor QA/QC document).

Otherwise it might fail due to the leakage current reducing while settling
