versioning error

When i try to run the setup_db.sh script in the Yarr/localdb directory I receive an error asking me to update module-qc-database-tools to >= v2.2.8 but i have version 2.2.9 installed (see attached screenshots). There is also an error about '-tkdb' which i can't find mentioned at the the path it lists.
