fetch reference IV also for LLS

Extend fetching reference IV also for LLS components. In order to avoid having to deal with different component types:

• use itkdb to identify LLS compoents
• use component.walk to find modules attached to the LLS
• get IV
  • from which stage? propose MODULE/RECEPTION
