measurement-LP-MODE does NOT take into account specnum port from controller config file

Short description
There is an inconsistency in the measurement-LP-MODE of the latest version of qc-tool. Apparently the script doesn't take into account the specnum defined in the controller json file and doesn't switch to the correct LPmode the corresponding trenz card. If you have only one trenz card (or you use the one on specnum=0) it works just fine. If you have more trenz cards on your pc and you pretend to use a card with specnum>0 (e.g. specnum=1), specnum=1 never goes in LPmode. You can clearly see that in the first test, the measured V is 1.93, while on the second one, the measured V is 1.62. Also, during the second test, the yellow warning that we are in LP mode, is never printed on the terminal On the contrary, the bin/switchLP executable in the Yarr release works fine. Whith that we are able to set LP mode for both specnum = 0 or 1
