click version requirement for python >= 3.10
Hi @princke @bgallop why is click required to be >= 8.2.0 ? Are there any particular features in the new versions required? Our pixel software cannot deal with click >= 8.2.0. If newer version isn't absolutely required, I would propose to remove this requirement now that everybody is asked to update to itkdb 0.6.16.
