Handle EVNT->EVNT jobs in CI and logParser

These jobs produce a log.afterburn instead of log.generate.

• I would need an example to see how to treat this
• How can we identify that it's an EVNT->EVNT job from the log?
• Do we need to modify the Gen_tf command?
• Test with 700267
