Fixes for the diplaced HF for LL grids bug, RPC meets RPV.[skip modfiles]
Description of bug
A bugfix from R19 was not propagated to all R21. It was fixed in 21.6.66. The JO needs a small fix to run with same settings as in previous MC generation, due to updates in default settings in higher releases, to stay consistent to other MC grids.
Changes introduced
Added one line usePMGSettings = False to three control files, the remaining JOs read the soft link to these control files.
Tests
A few points were tested and validated for the bugfix and correct running in 21.6.66.
