Patch number of inputFilesPerJob for H7 ttbar samples [skip modfiles]

The two corresponding JOs are associated with the following prodtask: https://prodtask-dev.cern.ch/prodtask/inputlist_with_request/41374/. It looks like the scouting jobs are crashing because the number of input files is too low for the requested nEventsPerJob. Based on a back-of-the-envelope calculation, 5 input files should be enough to produce 40,000 events.
