ttbb gridpacks for mc23

Adding ttbb gridpacks for mc23 to the corresponding existing directories (601226, 601227 and 601228). As concluded in AGENE-2292, these gridpacks were prepared in R21, but the event generation should proceed in R23. The existing 601226, 601227 and 601228 jOs were successfully tested locally in R23 with the new gridpacks. No new jOs are registered since none of the setting changed and the existing jOs comply with current requirements (have evgenConfig.nEventsPerJob set for example).
