Draft: Sherpa 3.0 validation setups

As discussed with Erik offline, could you please take a look at the Sherpa 3 validation jOs in this MR and try to make gridpacks? The idea is to complete the usual set of validation jOs so we can finalise the validation of Sherpa 3.0.1 in AGENE-2217. Currently what we have in the validation suite is:

For the validation of Sherpa 3.0.1, it's proposed to compare these Sherpa 3 samples with the Sherpa 2216 samples made in AGENE-2281 with the 2212 jOs listed here (although we might expect differences from the major version change).
I made the new jOs based on the Sherpa 3.0.1 manual and tried to get as close as possible to the 2212 jOs, but didn't test them. Could you please check in particular:
- Are the process definitions correct
- Are the orders the same as in the corresponding Sherpa 2 jOs
- Are the scale settings similar except where there are improvements in Sherpa 3
- Do they run
I'd like to add a minimum bias jO later on so that we can better track changes of the UE parameters.
