Draft: Fixes for running with 21.6.46, some jobs were restarting too many times [skip modfiles]
Description of bug
7 jobs kept restarting in 21.6.46.
Changes introduced
Reduced the number of events and LHE files per job from 10000 and 5 to 2000 and 1, respectively.
