The patch addresses the bug #54024: "It seems that the lsReceiver drops the ERS qualifiers when inserting the message into oracle. When the delete criteria for the utility logDelete consists of the partition name only, it removes the associated entry in the table PartitionIDs, which triggers an Oracle rule to drop the Oracle segment corresponding to the partition.
