Change algorithm calculating path to a user file in case of OKS GIT configuration and allow to specify files paths from mapped git repository, as discussed in ADTCC-226. Introduce OKS_REPOSITORY_MAPPING_DIR variable. Add read_repository_version to allow attaching existing repository, i.e. to set TDAQ_DB_USER_REPOSITORY before initializing OKS kernel.
