The `CfgGetter` method for `FastCaloSimCaloExtrapolation` is already defined
in the `ISF_FastCaloSimParametrization` pacakge. This is a fix for a bug
introduced in !4353. Already fixed in the sweeps of these changes into
`21.3` and `master`. See ATLASSIM-3354 for more background info.
