I implemented request under the ATR-17162: many new chains for 5 TeV pp run....

I implemented request under the ATR-17162: many new chains for 5 TeV pp run. We icnluded new muon, egamma, jet chains. New HMT, HMT + jet and HMT + muon chains to pp_v7 menu. Small changes are done also to L1 menu:
