1) adding link between btag object and jet colleciton, by adding jet collection name to AllVarContent list
2) adding several variables to the InDetTrackParticles, PrimaryVertices and Muon containers that are needed to rerun btagging of jets from the derivation

Add x, y, z and decay length variables to the soft secondary vertex no-slimming list in TOPQ1.

+ the decay lenght significances of the soft SVs can not be calculated after TOPQ1 since the primary vertex covariance is not saved
-> calculate the decay lenghts in the TOPQ1 derivation step
+ no need to save the SV covariance any more

where the Single Particle High pT uncertainty was being slightly
decreased by this bug.
