Fixing the configuration of the full scan muon trigger ypo tool to get the correct multiplicity and thresholds for multi-muon noL1 triggers (ATR-23813). This affects the counts for any triggers containing NmuXnoL1 where N is greater than one, so the chain count references have been updated accordingly.
Also improved slightly the switching on of the nscan trigger configuration (what was there worked only because we specify the nscan part of the trigger on the last chain part. Have switched to something more correct/robust).

Updating the L2 standalone threshold for mu80_msonly_3LayersEC to be similar to what we had in Run 2 (to use the 80 GeV threshold instead of the very low pT threshold); references for the counts updated accordingly. Should hopefully help bring the rate of this chain down (ATR-23813).

Add B-physics dimuon and bmumux chains to LS2_v1 menu and fix groups in Physics_pp_run3_v1 (ATR-23576)

This removes the debug triggers initially added to the LS2 menu. The
next round of cleanup will add in a targeted subset of debug triggers after
a MR that allows triggers without a pid at the precision step.

make 'l2io' scheme to be default for all B-physics Dimu (bJpsi, bBmumu etc.) and Bmumux chains (ATR-21003)
