Convert GenericTruthThinning to use MT-compatible thinning.
Update uses of it (pass stream name rather than thinning service).

Update TrackParticleThinning to use MT thinning.

Update uses of it to pass the stream name rather than the thinning service.

Update JetTrackParticleThinning to use MT thinning.

In some cases, JetTrackParticleThinning was used with an AND following
a TrackParticleThinning.  This doesn't work directly with the
MT thinning scheme.  Instead, extend JetTrackParticleThinning to take
a selection string for the track particles as well, and move the
selection there.

Update DiTauTrackParticleThinning, EgammaTrackParticleThinning,
MuonTrackParticleThinning, and TauTrackParticleThinning to use MT thinning.

Update uses of them for MT thinning (mostly passing them the stream name
rather than thinning service).
