port of 21.2-zdc-dev from old fork into new fork
Wrap-up MR for ZDC signal processing, primarily for p+Pb 2016, but with bug fixes affecting all years
- Bug fix addressing undefined fit maximum (impacting 2018 in particular)
- Bug fix to use proper errors for delayed samples
- Introduction of linear baseline for p+Pb 2016
- Improved taus for p+Pb 2016
- ZDC calibration enabled for 2018, using a preliminary calibration in CVMFS
