This is a follow up of !22987 (merged) (WIP until MR 22987 gets merged), discussed in ATLSUSYDPD-1874. This MR adds HLT tau trigger information that is needed for modeling studies that will go into the 2019 tau performance paper. We mostly need HLT taus, HLT tau tracks and associated precision tracks, and HLT clusters, plus some minor information from HLT tau seed jet and vertex. The output content has been checked with THOR (TauCP package), everything needed is there to reproduce RNN tau ID and MVA Tau Energy Scale computed at HLT level. This is a one-time MR that needs to be merged, so that we can build a special ptag, produce the needed derivations, and then this MR can be reverted because the extra content is not useful for physics analysis.
