The multiple tagger tuning is implemented for AntiKt4EMPFlow Scheduling shallow copies of EMPFlow JetCollections is done (ATLASRECTS-4845) but disable by default. JetCollection name is passed as an argument to the taggers (ATLASRECTS-4846)
