Update Lund hadronisation parameters in Sherpa_i base fragment
The updated parameters are taken from Sec. 3.10 of arXiv:1905.09127
We have not used 2.2.6 for samples with Lund fragmentation before, so this change in the base fragment won't cause surprising changes.
