This makes the Run 3 L1Calo test collections part of the standard trigger object persistification. In TriggerEDM.py the collections are written to ESD and AODFULL. It also addresses the problem described in ATR-19610
This MR includes additions to the TriggerEDM definition, @bernius should have a look if this is OK. There collections could be not small, but this would be for some small productions for continued study the L1Calo performance for Run 3.
