JETM8 overhaul
This MR overhauls JETM8 for tagger optimization studies. Unneeded collections are removed, lepton triggers are removed, TRUTH3 style containers are added, UFO constituents are added, and the code is cleaned up. Additionally, smart slimming lists are added for AntiKt2TruthJets, ungroomed AntiKt10 reco jet collections, and all necessary AntiKt10 truth jet collections.
These changes represent a size reduction of ~70%.
