HbbTag: Fix bug checking if a calibration file exists

Discovered this rather dumb bug while working on atlas-flavor-tagging-tools/training-dataset-dumper!104 (merged)

A bool check was inverted. Must have been carried over from when I was writing path.size() == 0.
