delete TrackingGeometrySvc in Calorimeter

With the TrackingGeometryCondAlg ready (32418, we are updating the clients by removing the TrackingGeometrySvc. This MR is only for the Calorimeter. Two tests are performed with sim and reco for single particle sample and reco for q431, both of them have identical result w/ and w/o TrackingGeometrySvc.
