Bug fix for incorrect BCID from L1Muon Endcap to MuCTPI in MC 21.0-mc16d (ATR-20569)
As similar as !39433 (merged), The L1MuonEndcap (TrigT1TGC package) was always sending current bunch ID (0 for MC) to MuCTPI, even when detector hits and the candidate decision is calculated for the different bunches. This bug is basically fixed in !28173 (merged), but not propagated to 21.0-mc16d branch. This fix will affect the number of trigger counts of L1Muon triggers including LATE-MUx_xx.
