xAODDigest updates and add new reference file

xAODDigest updates:

  • Use argparse module
  • Retain original command line functionality to not break existing tests
  • add jet1/muon1/elec1/phot1 pt/eta/phi values in output files
  • add --extravars and --counter command line options
  • Add support for TChain input file list --inputlist (still broken in TEvent)
  • Add --outputfilename for text output in case --extravars/--counter/--inputlist

Add new q431 xAODDigest reference file that contains all 12 columns for updated CI test
