updating regex to match dips timestamps

Merged Manuel Guth requested to merge mguth/athena:dl2-umami into 21.2

for the development of DIPS we want to add timestamps to the tagger names to better keep track of the version.

This MR allows to use these timestamps for DIPS as input for DL1d

tagging @fdibello @duperrin @sanmay @dguest
