Record data produced by the fast HLT verterx z-finder algorithm

Tomasz Bold requested to merge tbold/athena:add-recording-of-vertex-z-data into master

The MR is a small step forward in getting a pileup robust HMT trigger. It adds a recording of the z-vertex data in the HLT EDM (very small collection). Tagging @algilber So far it is a draft because I could not test it properly w/o a full nightly build.
