Port latest ConstituentSubtractorTool from r21.2 in r22
Many updates to jet tools in r21.2 derivations can not be merged automatically in r22. This MR port the latest r21.2 version of ConstituentSubtractorTool to r22.
With it, building CSSK pflow objects in r22 gives identical results as in r21.2 So far the test has been conducted on only 50evts (still ~10k particles), but it's basically just a copy-paste from r21.2. Let me know if more tests are needed.
