Removes from reconstruction b-tagging obsolete flags to enable SV1 and JF LH used by offline physics validation
This MR removes from the reconstruction configuration the b-tagging related flags that were introduced to activate SV1 and JetFitter Likelihood probabilities used for offline physics validation. This is not necessary anymore since physics validation starts now from DAOD_PHYSVAL derivation files.
It also adresses an issue mentioned in ATLASRECTS-6636. Activation of these flags at derivation level is done in MR47409 (!47409 (merged)).
MR tested with production of an AOD (from HITS and RDO input files). Summary of actions in AFT-574.
