Fix a bug in JetFinder algorithm that prevented to calculate LR jets properly

This MR solves a bug in the JetFinder algorithm that prevented calculating the LR jets properly. Also, some parameters used in the JwoJ algorithm have been changed, according to the default values used in firmware (to be retrieved from the TriggerMenu in the future).
